as above, is there a hose you can use that dosnt rub on the inlet , or is it a bodge job only thing, or ive herd about taking the dash out and putting the hose the other side:confused: ?? cheers!

alex alot of people have used a flexi pipe (metal one),get them from b&q,there was a thread on here about it before,will try find it for you

cant rep you at the moment mate, otherwise i would, looks like the dash has got to come out, can i be bothered???lol , is there another way???

cant you just bend it towards the passenger side Alex.Also need to be cut down a bit but im sure we would of done that when we built it but im not sure as it was many years ago now.

cant you just bend it towards the passenger side Alex.Also need to be cut down a bit but im sure we would of done that when we built it but im not sure as it was many years ago now.well i didnt hang around , the heads of waiting for the steam seals, witch were leaking alot when you look in the head, but the pipe had almost worn all the way threw, and the clutch cable tolol , no axe has been used, of topic also, our old nova that i just sold, the bloke has wrecked the gearbox after two weeks:eek: ,i dont hold out much hope on her:( :(

poor girl and what a ****ing numpty.so it does a year of road/track days with corsa kid then a year of road and track days with me then a year of road and track day with you then 2 weeks with some numpty around town.
Says it all really and what a waste of a well built track car if i must say myself..
As for the heater pipes the one on the drivers side should be cut shorter and bent down towards the passenger footwell a bit.

iirc astra mk2's have a nice u-ish shaped pipe that fits.

the u shaped hose at the top is what you need. roose will sell one separate :)
