Phase 2 let

Am I right in thinking that running phase 2 software "with switch" on a let + nitrous would be pretty reliable?
I.e
No nos and switch turned off = 204ish bhp
Phase 2 on 240ish bhp
Phase 2 + 55bhp nos = 295ish bhp

More reliable than having it +300 all the time?

Also isit just a case of swapping one ecu for another??

Not sure how the fueling would work, as phase two requires higher pressure than factory?
