just keep a roll in the fridge for those sort of emergencies........



we had a maple basted smoked gammon joint with roaties, caulie cheese, broccoli, roast parsnips & sprouts. plus gallons of gravy... the trick with brussels is to only cook them for a few minutes, when you stew them , they are foul

Roast pork tonight, with loads of crackling. Gravy made from the juice from the meat and the onions roasted with it, roast spuds, homemade Yorkshire puddings, and loads of homegrown veg. Was bang on to say the least

i love sprouts if they are done well, but as Mowgli said if you overcook them even slightly they are rank. My mum cooks them in a bit of butter with almonds at Christmas, they are spot on like

I got off my face once on some whacky backy & ended up throwing sprout plants at a mobile farm sprinkler because we though it was a fcuking alien or some sh1t :S was sh1tting donkeys at the time but the next morning was like WTF lol

sunday roast for me today too, BEEF ftw
and plenty left for my butties tommorow for work nice chopped fresh onion on them jobs a good un ;)

now for apple pie and custard mmmmmmmmmm
