TPFT and mega excess probably.
Be crazy to go fully comp, although some policies are cheaper fully comp than tpft, depending on excess....

Well... soon youll have to look out on the roads of the North-West for....

... a little white Nova! :D

Decided that i loved the Nova more than the Corsa, and a cars built to be driven, not stored away for 1 show a year, plus the insurance was cheaper :thumb:

So Daves first road-legal car... good ol' Jawpy the Nova :D

Third party was about £20 cheaper than fully comp, so decided to go the whole hog for the extra note, also added my modifications on at no extra charge :d, woman was either in a good mood, or thick as pig **** lol

Dave you should of drove the Corsa through the winter and saved some life on the Nova, basically swapped the policy over. Anyway I feel kind tonight so have a slab of green rep :)

Aye, keeping your car away from the salt is a far cry from turning it intoa trailor queen mate.

Keep on top of it with the pressure washer and it should be ok, but don't expect it to come out the other side of winter looking quite so fresh!

I can't use the Nova in the winter, it doesn't grip in the dry let alone the wet/ice/snow lol

Question is dave, how much did the nova cost to insure? And is it just book value?

Nice to see your going to be using it mate :) I'm in the same boat as you (All be it no points on my license) I can't justify hiding a Nova away to run something else through the winter it just doesn't make sense on such a low income

At the end of the day it's a car and it's meant to be driven, you've done it up for years and always wanted to drive it :)

Good luck mate and look after it

Keep on top of it and it'll see you fine :thumb:
