Heater problems

First of all the heat on the passenger side of the car is warmer than the drivers side, also when im sat still the heaters get a little bit warm but they get cold when i start to drive?

thermostat might be open all the time causing over cooling,

have you got the middle vents open?
think you only blow cold air through them.
as for being warmer on the passenger side
has the heater pipe fell of the heater box under
the dash on the drivers side?

Yes mate im aware they only blow cold air out the middle vents. And i never thought of checking that because I would have thought if the pipe had come off it wouldn't blow any air through at all?!
