is that the X16XE or the c16xe ???

What?

If it has a metal inlet, its most likly a X16XE, unless its been changed.

Yes but GSi engines can be both C and X16XE's

Right does it have an AFM??

You say its got a metal inlet which imo would mean its the X16xe

What year corsa gsi did it come from?

AFM = Air flow meter. If it has an afm it's a c16.

Yes should be stamped down the block face!
