Depends on what other convictions are on the license.
If you are 20-24, conviction within the last 12 months, no other convictions or accidents you should see no more than a load of 2% (if anything at all)

Will depend on the insurer, with us wont make much, if any difference at all. It's a common offence as you can imagine.

Yeah, apparently you're not allowed to touch the phone at all! Suppose they'll make car stereos illegal next :roll:
I know you can't have the phone in your hand etc while driving, and technically texting while it's in a cradle is legal, at least under the mobile phone law, but I wasn't aware you weren't allowed to answer a call without picking the phone up unless it's in a proper cradle :tard:

I think those in ear handsfree kits should be illegal as they are blocking up half yer hearing.
