C16se courtney sport turbo manifold question

Hello there I'm thinking of changing my manifold and turbo set up on my c16se. I'm wanting to know how good they are and what is the limit that they are good for or what has been achieved from one. Wanting to no before I go looking for one

Not sure of what's been acheived with one but i'm sure the limit would be on turbo size more than anything, I'm hoping for a minimum of 200bhp using a T25

Scott Parkers mate , mikec123 I think, has a e16se on DTA that's 200bhp iirc, t2 turbo as well
