You carnt bump twice in 24hrs let alone the same day mate and its in the wrong section too should be in mechanical.

nothing is wrong but i have found a w419 in and f17 so want to run that as its a little better than w418 i have, when racing every little matters, cool i shall buy it then and give it a go

if it is a road car, then get an f13cr. it will be by far the best small block box, and if you want even better acceleration, simply fit the 4.18:1 diff gears from the wr box you already have.

the f13cr has better 1st & 2nd ratios, then 3rd, 4th & 5th are closer.

Is the F17 cluster a fixed pinion so you would have to use the whole cluster if it fits?

dunno, the f10/13/15 type has a removeable diff gear, but the f16/20 type is fixed iirc
