Well I was considering running only the inlet cam as IIRC it needs setting up really well to make use of the exhaust cam too but I know the inlet on it's own makes decent gains.

When retard by 8deg yeah.
Dont run it on standard timing marks.

^ thought it was 7deg. But yeah, it will have the timing retarded. Just wondering if it's worth putting the exhaust cam in.

I know there is decent gains from just the inlet cam, but what gains can there be had with both?

7/8deg or there abouts, cant remember off top of my head.

have a word with disco inferno(gary) he advised me to use both as apparently it helps eleviate boost spike. he runs both on his.:thumb:

ill be using both as it saves me buying an LET cam, i got an XE ready to build to the LET.

hmm interesting, im running xe inlet let exhaust. does the exhaust cam run at standard or need advanced/retarded? and if so any idea how much? have verniers and a few cams lying around so could be worth me doing
