hello all not been on and posted in a while i now hope nyou are all well

Any way i have a friend who has bought a 8v engine on a coil pack to replace his eninge that is on a dizzie my question whats the best/ quickest way round getting it to run

What 8v engine is it?

1.2 dizzie to 1.2 coilpack both 8v

Not sure if the dizzy drive is in the end of the cam still on the coil pack versions, worth a look though, if not swap the cams over and run the dizzy.

quickest is the swap the complete cam box surely with cam still intact

Im sure i've drilled the end of the cam to allow the dowel to locate. You must be very precise when dilling.
