Actuator question

My mate has a regal uprated actuator that he had fitted to his c20let, he has given it to me to try on my courtenay turbo'd c16xe question is, will this be set for higher boost than i need because I am only aiming for a max boost of around 10-11 psi?

it depends, regal sell different rated actuators, fit it but only tension it just after the wastegate penny valve is shut then work from there!

Ive fitted it and just connected it it so that the waste gate is shut, when comparing it with the item i took off, the spring resistance didnt feel much different, suppose i will just have to see what happens, bit of a learning curve for me lol
