my mates nova broke down and ive towed it back to my house and no spark 1 ht lead was spilt i changed it and try different coil any 1 help

Could be a broken distributor or rotor arm

module in the distributor can fail, happened to the SR twice, car running normally then no spark car dead!

take the dizzy cap off & turn it over. it could be a stripped cambelt.

examine the cap & arm. takes 2 mins witha screwdriver (or just unclip)

i had a 1.3 sr dizzy in the garage changed it now its running nice 1
