Mike, have you had quotes for being 25 yet? Few people on here have reported it makes much less difference than it used to

RX7 prices are still between £600 & £700 FC, including newly aquired points but also 5 years NCB & a couple of total loss claims. Its not really gone up or down, dont know wether thats a good thing really...
However for the bread van its shot right up :( which is **** being as its my daily.
Turning 25 and 30 made bugger all difference to me in the grand scheme of things.
The biggest change was getting married and adding my wife to the policy, saved a bit over £80.
I reckon the articles about it are also to blame because some insurers will see them and jsut bump theirs because they can :( lol
being a married 30+ homeowner ftw. Although our zafira insurance did go up last year.
lool, 9 post and its gone gay
Looks like I can forget insuring the new build next year then :( Derv van and a trailer may well be it, although I'm not sure the nova will fit in the garage sat on a trailer :tard:

the only decent thing i got when turning 25 was drive any car extension, i actually changed one of my policies the day after to take advantage of it lol
Mine was cheaper this year by £20, now £460 for S3 ( group 18 ) AND the wifes 206 ( group 5 ), both of us 32 and 15 years ncb for me and 5 for her.

think yourself lucky mate
imagine the guys face on the other end of the phone when i start listing mods on my nova 4x4!!!!!!
there going to love me next year!
You'd be surprised Ste, I reckon the insurance shouldn't be too bad if you cover it as a kit car or amatuer build. May need an SVA for that though

It'll need an SVA to go on the road I would imagine, so I doubt it would be that expensive. Someone I know at uni got round the american emissions laws by registering an R33 as a "Nisani Skyline" kit car after importing the shell and engine seperately, insurance was ridiculously cheap for a 550bhp GTR as it had no mods declared, 550bhp and all the rest was simply standard spec for a "Nisani Skyline"

Why would you make up a work in progress ??
Ste, just insure it as a 1200 standard car lol
