hi could any one tell me what psi to set my regulator at for my 1.6 8v gsi engine running pierburg card cheers

eh? A 1.6GSi engine with a Pierberg carb?

You need a Facet or similar low pressure pump. No more than 2psi without a tank return. A Filter-King regulator/filter would do the job for you.

Bin the Pierberg and fit the Weber. It'll be better.
