BMW 850CSi/Ci/i, half the price, half the weight, V12 motor, just under 190mph full tilt (in CSi spec). Same spec (leathers, electric etc)

Nice car, but didn't cause the stir the LC did, or break records for it's body style.

kinda true mate, but the late 50s stuff did have electric everything and a/c and push button change.... also fords fairlane from 58 had the first electric folding hardtop :thumb:

needs 2 rear quarters, painting down both sides. i reckoned on £2k repair bill to have it done right.

Car has all the right History, sensible miles etc etc.

Well whatever your opinion, just for me personally I'd only ever EVER buy one to break for parts, same as Sport. I have no interest in alleged iconic GM's to be honest.

any carlton with its diff welded up = drift wagon... nothing 'special' about the LC bar the fact it came with an air to water cahrge cooler from the off lol.
