Courier question

If I arrange a courier to pick up an item from a sellers house, would I or the seller need to supply a pallet or would the courier service do it?

I ask as I've never arranged a courier :thumb:

seller usually sorts the packaging in my experience.

the seller has to tie it to a pallet and put the address on it .the courier only picks it up. all you have to do is arrange the courier and pay and tell the seller the day and time slot the courier is going.

There are some companies out there that will supply the pallet and wrap it but obviously they charge for the pleasure!
