is there anyway i can check my cars mot without log book as the old owner lost them both . . . . :confused:

Off the top of my head, you either need the old MOT certificate, or log book if you want to check online. Not sure if an MOT station can check for you via the reg plate though...

iirc get the last 6 didgets of the (sp) and the reg and the local mot statin should be able to tell you

i had the car of my m8s dad who had it of a lad at work ive txt him this morning see if he got in touch with the lad who he got the car off last week to see if he could find it and hes been told he has been found dead at home :eek: ! ! ! ( was an alcy ) . . . . . . so i need to apply for a book defo now but i just want rid of car now.
