Well my project is nearly done, just a few more parts to find and sort my wiper problem out. Need to stick the front arches on too.

It still needs a good wash and a full polish yet.

Cant wait to get it back on the road, not been in an old car for ages!

Lovely car there Ben, should have the proper headlamps imo, but the Arrows proper suit it

Not keen on the Kadett E headlights and grandpa wind deflectors though.

See i think its a generation thing, as the first thing i saw was MOMO Arrows and thought, WOW theres blast from the past..

One nice car mate, alway had a soft spot for them.

But, theres a stunning white GTE round here, with an 8v in, and its just gorgeous!

Personally Id have gone with stock headlights But It looks lovely all the same..... I havent seen momo arrows on a car since the 90's! :)

i had a kadett with those lights.. i modified the surrounds & moved the lights forward a bit, so they were flush with the grille. i thought it looked ok..

Absolutely stunning. The Astra MK1 in any state, is a rare best in 2010. Those alloys really suit it, too.

On a side note, would the Mk1 Astra grille (assuming I can get hold of one) fit in place of a Mk1 Nova grille? I've got a bit of a thing for the old-school red griffin badge and I know bread-and-butter Astras wore it...

Lovely mate!

I'm personally not a fan of the Arrows, I think it 'cheapens' the overall look.

Love those front lights though. It looks hard as! lol

lol i like the wheels and the lights but dont like the opel cam cover with a bloody great griffin grill badge, looks complicated also not liking the black and white plate.
