my day went with a bang

i had the nova up knockhill today was going really well, and on my 3rd session on the track after my warm up lap changed into 4th on the straight and bang , the bottom end went i am really pissed of now after all the hard work its feckt again :mad: :mad: :mad:

i ano mate was a good day apart from that got a bottom end sorted now pic it up next week just need to get a gasket kit and sum head bolts, and belt etc
