in my local co op store, they are selling 2 x 500ml Henry Westons Vintage 8.2% cider for £3. i believe this to be a great deal.

lol i work at the co-op, so get a few good bargains, prices are still way over priced compared to stores like tesco,asda etc.↲↲The best one ive had so far, 10 boxes of matchmakers for 7pound.

remember my "happy birthday Andy-25 today" thread where i got asked for ID and was spoken to by the rudest woman on the planet? thats why.Ive just spent my money elsewhere,£20 on ales,40 fuel in car and 45 in the work van per week:thumb: But tonight i saw this and decide to swallow my pride and take a bargain thats on my doorstep.

10% off lol, some co-op white wine is ment to be good. Alot of posh'ish people buy it anyway. And mike they were for my nan lol she likes them.

but my local one did a hell of a deal on fajitas & stuff recently, and for the first time in my life, i made a meal that all of my kids ate, without a single complaint.. meatball fajitas in fajita sauce, all for about 4 quid..

agreed,may aswell just drink meths dont knock it till u try it my uncle said him and a friend drank nail varnish remover when they were younger but nothing happend

pete, you are only just legal yourself......

ps. co-op wine is good, if about a quid more than everywhere else..... thus it is a lot cheaper than driving to the big shop.....

nah mike i mean when im serving someone. If the look like there in there 20's for eg. I have to ask for id incase its a 'mystery shopper'

Co-op is very expensive normally yet they do have some cracking deals. Ours has some very cheap beer and every week has a different meal offer where you can get all the ingredients (ie. curry sauce, chicken, rice and naan breads) for less than a fiver

Not to bump, but I got 8 bottles of Carlesburg from Sainsburys for 68p lol when it clearly said 8 bottles for £5.

I was in tesco not so long ago after there 3 x 15 crate of beer had been on offer for £20, They had left one of the signs up so I complained and I got it at offer price...

Dont know, I gave the cashier a £10 note expecting £5 back, but got a fiver with a ton of change back instead :confused:
