I am about to buy some 16s with a 49mm offset, will I need the front arches rolling or can I get away without have the fronts done? The tyres are 195/45/16
The rears arches are already rolled.
The car is lowered 60mm all round.

if your only running 195 tyres then et 49 should be ok. What width rims are they 7" or something?
Mine are ET45 195/45/R16. No front archwork. Dunno bout et49 tho..

et 49 is the nova offset so it should be ok
7J x 16 195/45/16 ET49
Fine if running stiff suspension (if just running springs, it may well scrub on fronts on full lock etc)
ET49 is ok, i run it, you will prob fine you need a spcer on the drums to stop slight fouling of the inner wheel on the inner of the arch etc etc, this can be tapped out if you havent got a spacer handy
What rims are they by the way??
If they are allesios then ignore all the above as these are 6.5J wide and will fit without even trying so to speak, LOL
Good luck
