Got the letter i've been waiting for from the DVLA, Had to send in my license.
Better than a 6 month ban and a fine though,which i was expecting.
Going to apply for my provisional and re-take my test in the next couple of weeks :)
Could be worse.
Ordered a PNG polo shirt, key fob and some silhouette stickers first though :p
And going to put my Xr2i up for sale and finally get myself a Nova
Is you been silly and got caught then i take it, will teach you to value your licence and behave when you get it back then lol

Yep, it'll do me good i think ! Speeding, headlight out and disabled tax (which i didn't know about :( )
Wounded for ya mate, silly little things but the tax issue is something most people wouldnt think of in all fairness, although the speeding issue will have been the one they did you for the most!

Yeah i didnt have a clue ! The owner before wasn't disabled either so i think he didn't know either but was lucky enough to not get pulled. When i got pulled it was the first thing they said about before my speed and my headlight.
A bit wounded, but il save the money i've gotta pay out by not driving around aimlessly every day i think, and i spoke to my insurance and it isn't too much of a killer on that for me either

i dont think ive seen you about i do live in bardney which is out the way abit but am in lincoln everyday for work
i had mine revoked at 21 and for 2 years got quoted 2k plus on anything group 3 or more with a value of more than a grand. not cool...

Yeah it's a bit daft, like not being able to take it to an MOT without tax, but not being able to tax it without insurance, if you know fook all about cars what good is insuring a car that aint gonna pass...
I've lost mine too. :(

Luckily the last time I hired a Transit, the place rang the DVLA to check me though. :)
