u can if u have the time 2 make them fit old style dash,
needs lots of cutting of dash and clocks+ heater vents r in the way
behind the dash, looks shit if done quick. try 2 get a new shape dash
as clocks drop right in.

I want to fit a celica GT4 vent to my SR. One question ,how. Since it is such a big vent surely i cant go cutting strenghtener.Do I cut around them and paint them black or will i just cut straight through them?

ask ian storey, cos he fitted a gti-r one to his nova, ifu aint seen it look on the feature cars

ians only has a small hole (oooh errr missus), just cut the strengthenr and put some re enforcement bars next to the hole.

erm i stook a clio 16v vent in wor lasses car and i just chopped the lot out. stuck it in with seam sealent and painted the bonnet and hers hasnt cracked yet (6 monthes later) u will only have probs if sum dick sits on your bonnet or sumthing

I have just fitted a scooby scoop and cossy vents to my bonnet. the paint shop just cut the strengtheners that were around the scoop to be able to push the scoop up from under the bonnet, stuck in with seam sealent. Feels quite strong at the mo.
