fuel pressure???????

hi i have a nova gte with 1.6 engine that has been rebuilt and fast road cam when i had it rollin road tuned it pull all the way up to about 5000 rpm and then it is like it hits a limter but u can drive through it i have been told if i get a fuel pressure reglator it all stop it does any one know if this right? also what fuel pressure should i run it at?? thanks dan

pressure should be around 3bar if i remember right :)

The only way to sort it is to either get a couple of different standard fit Bosch ones or an adjustable one then get it back on the rolling road and let them set it up.
Absolutly pointless trying to guess it !!

If you run the standard White injectors @ 3bar you'll get 155cc/min cream XE ones @2.5bar will be 214cc/min
