normal bat is about 36-42amps, nova TD is about 55-65amps. i get them from a company called PDS for ?30 but u would probably end up paying about ?40-?50

the TD battery is a direct fit into any model nova

my 1.4 is still on it's orginal battery... my 16v only had the batt changed as part of the conversion....

the original battery on mine did about 8 years.

i then found a palce that sold delco batteries (same as original), so i got one of those. its never gone flat.

in my experience theyre so varied

some can bail after a couple of years but its not uncommon for cars never to have em changed

depends on what sort of journeys you do i spose

depends on what sort of journeys you do i spose

and also the miles.

as if all you do is round the town it keeps getting short blast of charge from the alternator

a blat down the motorway for me (to say wales) or even MK will give it a long good charge
