I love 'em mate, just cant justify running one atm. gettin rare now too
edit - never had it dyno'd though. took my xsi and its was 112 bhp, didnt think it was too bad for a standard engine with a 2" f/s pugsport on

lol, underneath mine wasnt the tidyest either but shell was clean. had a lot of problems too, but aside all that it looked mint and handled v. well :p maintenance cost me a bomb but it wouldnt stop me from having another

And not yet, still looking for one since i spoke to you about it last year, not an easy car to find. i looked at that SR i told you about twice but he wouldnt budge on the price and it needed too much work for the money

It's been in the family since Day 1. I collected it brand new with my dad when I was 9. By the age of 21 it was mine, spent a lot of time going sideways in it, finally killed it, and restored it to concours in the late 90's.

Would I do another? No.

Still, did this up for the missus last year. Nice little project that took 2 or 3 months, and turned out a nice car.

Yes pie she is a genuine one wont part with it for the world it has the custom pack too with electric windows and sunroof will be decent spec when finished cossie rear discs 300mm fronts 1.8zvh efi leaving exterior standard minus rs softline wheels and exhaust

My Lotus Exige wasn't really a project just kept it in the Garage, polished it did a few track days........an awesome piece of kit, I saw it in Paul Smiths Showroom and had to have it....
Blue and Black alcantara trim, removale steering wheel, chipped to 190BHP, only 3,000 miles when i bought it.. The K series Engine.

This car had only done 70K with full service history, 360BHP with Turbo boost.
Just weeks before I bought it the bloke had just spent £4500 & £1500 on a gearbox rebuild............christ you could buy a decent car for that...lol

Kept the Porsche for about 2 years had loads of fun with it, Porsche shows etc, but NO track days.....:)

I'll try and find some more tomorrow.....:thumb:

My Lotus Exige wasn't really a project just kept it in the Garage, polished it did a few track days........an awesome piece of kit, I saw it in Paul Smiths Showroom and had to have it....
Blue and Black alcantara trim, removale steering wheel, chipped to 190BHP, only 3,000 miles when i bought it.. The K series Engine.

Exige looks nice. My mates dad took my out in his 911 3.3 turbo last weekend, absolute minter. Same as that but red :)

I like whats being done with saxos recently,since all the fad with them before. and theyre fun to drive, just a rip off to insure. If you find a good unmolested example somehow though you cant really go wrong :)
