I'd use 120 grit and the 600 grit. Use good pads as it helps.

500 on the D.A but watch on edges not to go through. and remember you only need to prime filler or bare metal not good rubbed down paint.

Matt 100 will go to bare metal very quickly

Cheers Kev, most of it just needs painting but there are a few areas that need filling

well past a polish Baxter, plus a few dents and rust spots need sorting so would rather paint it all

ok. if your leaving the front windscreen in. tuck wire in under the rubber then mask it up then you wont have a crap paint line.

use 500 grit discs on the DA , if you reach bare metal it doesnt matter just use aerosol etch primer on the bare metal and where you have ground out the rust and over filler before priming the full panels ( high build ), then give the panels a very light coat of aerosol black and wet flat the primer with 800 and a block , the dust coat of black will esure you get all the low spots and pin holes , hope this helps
