jus put on a K&n barb, ramair breather filter and a peco big bore 4" back box. cant believe the difference, its so loud. love it,was bootin it in front of a cop earlier but stayin in the speed limit. fink he liked it.........NOT!!!
worth doin to all of you that want a loud car with a small engine. pics to follow soon.
k&n carb from south coast wheels = ?50
ramair breather filter from regal autosport = ?11.50
peco big bore 4" (back box only) = ?80

nice one mate. i got a sportex back box on mine, k&n bolt on, pipercross breather filter, amazin the difference.

nah, K&n carberatter. or bolt-on filter. sounds sweet when its all warmed up.

i think youll find the carburettor is the thing u bolted the k&n on to

the k&n AIR FILTER (aka "bolt-on") is just that - a filter

too technical for me guys. more of an artist than a mechanic. jus know how to make it look nice and drive it wel!!!! oh and sound nice wiv da I.C.E!!
waitin to get my hands on a 2.0L in the next year or two and then in a while get courtney to turbo it for me. cant wait to get it all then put it on the strip at santa pod in a couple of years or more, watch this space!!

same thing difrent name

and apart from look nice? explode about every 6 months if u dont clean it and u require a new one - waste of money unless its for looks........

thier has to be a reason for these to be fitted does your engine bay get crappy???? if they get crapped up quickly that must meant that your engine bay will get very dirty

i only brought the breather filter caus it iz real small and it looks more tidy than drilling i hole in the bottom of the bolt-on.
