View Full Version : Cleaning bucket seats

Hi all I have some cobra monaco s bucket seats in black and there's some what appears to be sealer on the drivers seat in the fabric.....

Anyone got any tips or ideas for me please as there nearly mint and I don't want to ruin them :(

Steaming it might soften it to help lift it, bar that picking it carefully with ya finger.

Got most of it off by picking it lol there not in the car atm...
It's the last bits I'm struggling to get off thow.... What you reckon nail polish remover will do??

I have used Autoglym tar and adhesive remover in the past to get sealer off of seats but make sure you try it on a concealed area first:thumb:

I wouldn't it might remove the colour.

I'm gonna try a few things this weekend tbf there hardly noticeable but it's annoying me lol

auto glym stain remover with rough sponge leave soak for 5 min then use he rough sponge worked for me
