C14SE running issues :S

hello all, just done the headgasket on my mrs corsa. Since going back together its had a missfire on cylinder 1, the compression is 200 psi for all cylinders, its getting a healthy spark to all of the plugs and i have fitted new plugs. The timing is absolutely spot on, ive checked it about 4 times now and ive had the rocker cover off to make sure all the lifters are going up and down which they are. Please help im absolutely stumped as to what could be causing this :confused:

Bad/Faulty spark plug or lead to 1, know you've changed them but could be? If it was coilpack you'd expect misfire on 1&3.

Map sensor fault - sensor,wiring or vacuum hose can give apparent misfire symptoms.

yeah i would agree with manifold leak (inlet gasket)
or injector plug not on right.

cheers for replies guys, i have fitted a new manifold gasket as i thought that may be the issue too and it isnt the coil or leads as its getting a perfect spark to the plug. Really stumped with this, going to double check all the wiring today. David, its the spi model not mpi

i know you said its got new plugs but swap them around and see if another pot goes off
