X18XE / X20XEV Loom ?

are the looms the same on the 1.8 and 2.0 ecotech non imobilized from calibra / astra sport ?

sort of, the 2.0 may have a few extra sensors...

picking up a 2.0 tomorrow rob and going in on sat / sunday :)

just wanted to know for taking my loom out thats all,
heard the inlet manifolds are different aswell and catch on the gear linkage so may have to swap them over ?

id swap the 1.8 inlet onto it, its smaller and flows better. it will wire the same.

ye thought as much, ill have to check the looms and see if there a difference for future refrence :)

iiirc 2 vac switches extra on the 2.0, down the back....

just steal the bits off yer dads c18xe from your old corsa...

all the bits we got thaty day at upullit, coolant housing exh mani loom ecu inlet etc. the c18xe stuff runs the 2.0 fine.

and you mean all the bits to block the egr valve ect + change the inlet manifold

its fine, it can sense the extra fuel it needs for the extra 200cc. btw id be looking for some cams the 2.0 ones are very soft....
