Get a wire brush end for a grinder. Takes the under seal off 10x quicker...

Does not work, just bounces off the rubber coating.

Took me 2 hours and 2 wire wheels on a drill to do under the front arches. Horrible job. Not looking forward to doing the underneath at all. Make sure you wear eye protection as that rubbery sh*t flys everywhere with a drill at full chat.

Wire brush attachments for a drill are the quickest way to get rid of the rubber coating stuff - can buy them cheaply on ebay.

Use one on a grinder, the speed is much higher so it does it alot faster.

Instant rubber cobwebs! Grinder with a wire wheel is the best but I have had to pick bits of wire out of my head, hands etc many a time. Eye protection is definitely required!

I found it just clogged the wire wheel up on the grinder. And agree that eye protection is 100% needed! Also the rubbery underseal gets very hot and sticks to you.

When the strands pierce skin it hurts lol
I have mine on the rollover jig now, and fair play, its awesome:d
Twisted knot wire wheel is what I found best
Used a drill on a medium speed, undersell doesn't get so hot then
Anyone tried Nitromors?
