oil warning light and battery charge light not coming on

my oil warning light never comes on seen it flash a few times. and my charge light did come on but has quit.

the charge light is blue/white?
ive seen a wire hanging loose, where in the engine bay does it plug into? seems to have a spade connection

the oil light what colour should it be and where does it connect to?


the car was orginally a 1.0L and now fitted with a 1.6 8v with a carb

Got battery charge light working. Changed battery as it wasn't holding charge and light is working. What colour of wire and were is the sensor for the oil light?

oil light wire is blue/ green and on 1l loom is at front right hand side of engine bay
