Ecotec f18 boxes??

Hi peeps just wondered what are the f18's like that came on the eco engines as w88rdys selling the one off iain grants old nova and im thinking of getting it as mine whines bad will it cope ok with XE power.

Sorry to bump an old thread guys but ive bought the f18 gearbox off iain grants old ecotec'd nova its the box with no inspection cover on i just wanted to know will it just bolt onto my current clutch assembley its a 93 XE with an F16 fitted at the moment.

You mean the cover below the flywheel? it will work with the same clutch set up, just vauxhall being silly and making it harder to do a clutch lol

Yea thats the one mate it was that i just read a thread on clubcalibra that said the later f18 wont fit on a XE clutch :tard: but i was led to believe they were all the same lol.
