f28 gearbox's

Hi all im trying to put a f28 back together. Now all the guts are in the box all i need to know is, is there a trick to putting the casing's back together cause i have tried all sorts and am struggling :mad:
any help please :confused:

At the front of the box there is a sprung loaded arm, undo this to release the tension. Fit the bearing in the case and pack them with grease so they do fall out then sliding case back on. Give a little wiggle and should be ok :)

is it best to lift the case with the internals onto the swallow side that holds the diff. where abouts roughly is the spring arm in ref to something please.
