i know the question has been asked thousands of times but i've looked through most of the posts an no-one seems to have answered the question, how the fcuk is it done without making it crack??!
any pics/explanations would be great

fibregalss the normal bumper beam to it

or you could take the metal pole thing and stick it to the bumper in the right place with filler or summats that goes rock solidthen for the sides stick the clips to the bumper and screw through the inside of the arches through the clips
