Cover for 4 people on one car

3 friends and I are looking at another ring car for one last run out this year. Does anyone know if you can get a policy to cover all of us on it?

None of us have got a car we want to take back but we all have ring cards with laps left and I have a crossing i didn't use so its a shame to waste them.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Could one person insure it (split it 4 ways) and see if the other 3 can drive it off there existing insurance?

I can drive any other car (not registered in my name) 3rd party off my insurance..

Or just add them as named drivers? Might work out expensive though..

I think you will struggle to get cover for all of you to include the ring.

Might be worth calling Bickley Insurance Services (Broker) as they are the only company we allow European Track Day cover for. The rest only get cover for UK tracks.

If you are looking just for a policy to get you to the ring then most insurers will cover that car for S,D&P use. Register it in one name, insurance in that name then name your mates or have open driving. I would advise to check you won't get a hefty cancellation fee if you plan to cancel mid-term and make sure you get a pro-rata refund.
