either will fit. it all depends on gear ratios & diff ratio. clean them up & find the ratio stamps. they are a mix of numbers & letters, then we can help

right found a few stamps on them the f10 box are
90 334 344
f13 are
90 334 345
are these the right ones

the only difference is the size of the bellhousing. The F13 is larger to accomodate the larger flywheel found on the 1.6 GTE/GSi engines and the 1.4 SRi

no, its on the end of the gearbox, right along the bottom. Should start with C or W to specify wide or close ratio then 3 numbers. It is very small lettering and is stamped in, not part of the casting. For example C394 or W418. The numbers stand for the final drive used ie 4.18

i'd say f10.. the f13 if it really is a wr 3.74, you'll struggle to pull it down the rd.

i would also say the F10 pal and i think you meant 374 not 674 lol

no, its a wide ratio and has a wide ratio final drive as well. Means its no good for acceleration as its suited for top speed

an f13wr is basically a diesel box. it is simply too tall geared for a 1.4
