that is a mess lol, but the wide arch kit as mentioned can be made to look purposeful if dealt with in a correct manor. It wouldnt take much to save that poor car if someone had the time and skills.

Thing is, strip all the chaff like wheels, bumpers, bonnet , tailgate, mirrors, rear lights off it (keep the quadlights as they're moulded in) and you've got potential.
