Breeny had some kind of insulation tape in his car that was bought from a DIY store for a few quid. Much cheaper than going to Halfords and getting whatever it is they recommend. I don't know exactly what the insulation tape is called, theres quite a few peeps who have it, all I know is you can get stuff from DIY shops that do just as good a job for a lot less.
Not sure if I've helped really, LOL. Now I'm rambling

Mate found a huge sponge block thing. He bandsawed it into small layers and then tucked them into his boot space behind the panel. Stopped absoloutely every vibration. But that was a mk2 punto.

mmm - the fresh smell of stiltom lining to doors!

Line boot area (rear spare wheel well), inner panels on doors and 1/4 area - under floor and round inner front arches (as inside the car) and if you can get behind the dash to that too.

Itll add weight but will deaden a little.

You can also line roof if you can be arsed removing the lining...
