Cams or Head

I have ?350-?400 max to spend on my motor, what would be better for my car a Modified Cylinder Head (from Bill Blydenstein) or a full camshaft kit (from Courtney Sport?) fitted?
Any advise would be appreciated,

Save up a bit more, and get both done. While the head is off, you may as well get the cam changed over at the same time. Else you will be stripping down the engine again a few months time. This will cost more in the long run.

I've got the high torque cam from Courtenay...which is nice :D

Agree with above though...get both done, then they compliment each other...thus better performance...which is nice :D

the cam is much cheaper, it depends what other mods u have planed and already have i suppose

head work first the cam should be the last performacne mod so you can pickthe rihgh t one for your engine
