nova red top gear linkage?

please can anyone help as i'm close to finishing my nova 2ltr conversion but i can't get all the gears?

I can get R,1,3,5 but not 2nd and 4th.
the selector keeps hitting agains the stearing rack when trying to get 2+4.

Do i need to turn anything around or extend bits?

the white nylon part in the uj. reverse it.

Do what Craig says, i forgot this when doing mine. Also double check that your gear stick is central when doing the clamp up to the linkage bar.

Just set the gear linkage the correct way.

Remove plunger from gear selector housing, twist linkage to enable 5mm drill bit to fit into the hole you've removed the plunger from. Slacken 13mm bolt on linkage, pull up gear gaiter and hold the 2 arrows together and re-tigthen linkage, remove drill bit and fit plunger.

lol noob alert and thread hi-jack!!!! John any pics of the above? (or anyone else?) Reason being is i cant get reverse and think my linkage is the reason. Also might be handy in the articles section.
