TD Inlet housing

Can i just slacken off the 10mm bolts and spin the inlet housing on the turbo anyway i want to?

if it will rotate & not knacker any seals, i guess so.

i'd not spin it like that. take the bolts right out and remove the compressor housing completely, then put it back on in the desired position
