Does anyone know the model name of the Corolla WRC limited edition they done ?

I reckon it must be about a '98 or '99 at a guess...

Had the WRC style front bumper and rear spoiler and big rally style wheels as standard

I only ever recall seeing 2 - One was blue and the other was white so not 100% sure about colours :)

Anyone know ?

Cheers, Vaughan

I think they are a Corolla G6 with the TTE kit. Plenty of them about here.

its a g6r. the g6 is just a 6 speed p.o.s.

16 or 17 inch speedlines, trd suspension, and recaro type seats, and the kit. and theyre 1.6's

Used to be a blue one round the corner from me and theres a white one about 30mins from me! Had the notion to see if I could source one as I need a new daily for 2011 :)

Get your reddy's out then. There a limited edition model of which most got trashed back in the late 90's early's 00's being used as rally cars.

Eugene or Charlie at Donnelly motorsport might be able to help you fnd one though.

this? (http://www.toyota.co.uk/bv/1024-heritage/Brochures/Corolla/Corolla_G6R_Feb99.pdf)

I was thinking by "WRC" it would be a homologated rally car - a Corolla on ST205 chassis/engine/drivetrain would be

look for a starlet sr, 1.3, cheaper ins and actually faster.
