OOOO Yeh, love them to bits.

Any bridgwater people on here then Yummies on the road to the station is the most grimy doner you could ever have. (also the best)

they leave it in & turn it back on at 6.30, like everywhere.......

this is why you should never go to a chippy in the first hour after it opens....

Nope the bays get emptied every night and cleaned out, the meat is put into plastic tubs, sealed and put in the cold storage over night, then its brought out to stand to room temp in the afternoon (still sealed) and then warmed in the microwave before being put back into the bays, thats what happens where i work, if you leave it in the baymarie it will fester and go rank, doing it the way we do it keeps it fresh and it stays moist and doesnt go rubbery like some ive tried at other places, this is probably why i will only eat from the place i work at, as i know everything is stored and cooked correctly and at the end of every night everything is cleaned without fail!

This only happens if there is leftover doner, its not done every night btw, only if we have a bay or so of meat left, its all cooked on the spit fresh everyday!
