oil catch tank

aint done much to the nova for a little bit just wondering if i should fit a catch tank to my c20xe or is it just a pointless waste of time,
also thinking of fitting a quick rack are they worth the money?!?!??!

ive got a mocal catch tank on my 16xe from the rocker cover. running throttle bodies so it was just spraying oil over my engine bay. amazing the amount of oil it catch's when on track.
but relativly pointless apart from keeping my bay clean and looking shiney in the corner lollol

got a quick rack aswell 2 1/4 turns lock to lock think its a quaiffe one. does help on track but the steering is a little heavy but i can live with that.
just got a 270mm steering wheel to which is a tad small and makes it abit harder then normal quick rack feel.

If its a standard XE why bother. The breather pipes are already connected!

catch tank just came to mind as i have just started going to track days, one lad had to stop as oil was pissing out all over the place with not having a catch tanks and another two lads had them fitted granted they where not novas but just made me think,
was also wondering if the quick rack was worth it for a track car
