the 1.3 SR carb cable hasnt got the ball/cup joint on the end like this one
more like a " T " on the end,
so its not a 1.3 cable

I'd also say a spi cable, it's a shorter version of the c16xe on I have.

The X/C16XE have a wedge connector for the throttle...
