Opinions/advice wanted

Hi guys, I'm after some advice and opinions on what to do with my nova, it's for sale at the mo and I haven't had much interest in it what so ever, the engine has been removed and it is an ongoing project.

The engine (c20xe) that was in the car had a pourous head but still ran sweet, the engine was removed because of this and to plate/seam weld the bay when it was out as this had not been done before. I have another complete engine that I was going to fit aftert the welding was done.

As the car stands now its just a rolling shell with many new parts on it, had a full respray, 2 new arches at the rear, new front wing and got rid of any imperfections, had a full gsi kit sprayed and all the handles etc, everything to match.

I have completely lost interest, not in the nova, just the project side of things and never get time to do anything to it. I am now looking for another (smaller engined) nova that is roadworthy or a corsa b, but could do with selling this nova project to fund it. Just the bodywork was 1000 pounds plus.

I would break it, but I do not have anytime to post parts, which is the main thing as people don't live very local to me, I dont have paypal and would be a shame to strip it after the bodywork has just been done.

Opinions on what to do, drop the price untill someone buys it and make a BIG loss or break it, hoping that I can get rid of most of it/the parts?

Doesnt look like it needs much to finish it really. The engine bay could do with some work. Welding on rusted metal??!! WTF.

Haha yeah that is covering up a massive hole, whoever did it built the weld up instead of plating it, thats been ripped off now when the engine was removed, was an utter cnut! It's so heavy too lol

Yeah i know mate, its also for insurance reasons and I already have a daily driver thats expensive enough on insurance, want nothing nore that a non converted 1.6 etc.

As said for breaking it, I can't post parts and dont really want to end up with half a car that I can't do nothing with even if i wanted to.

its worth more in bits, i have a taxed and mot'd nova thats similar spec for £1500.

Well even though you have had the shell painted, the bay still needs work.

Why cant you post parts??

Or lower your asking price and shift it.

Yeah I know, I have the plating kit to go with it, literally everything to convert 2 novas.

Lowering the price is probably the best bet. I'll give that a go.
