My 1991 Gsi (Bosch jetronic) runs ok when cold for about 6mls then at revs below 2800 rpm it hesitates and judders and misses I have checked the coasting valve (fully open at 18.6 ins Hg) fuel pump delivery is 60lts per hour fuel pressure 38 psi return 8 psi. Temp sensor 2275 ohm at 20 deg, 287 at 80 deg. Aux air valve shuts .changed plugs and leads new fuel filter. Fitted new metal fuel lines. Checked throttle switch and cleaned throttle housing and checked resistance of injectors 16 ohms. checked for leaks in vacuum pipes tried a new coil now I have run out of ideas it looks like I might have to go to main agent?????????????!

ANY IDEAS?

Would it be possible that timing is out a bit maybe by a tooth or something?

if all fails it might not hurt just to try another ecu as this might be breaking down, i cant see it but when all else fails what have you got to loose
